The new CaseMark is here.

Everything you used in the old CaseMark is still available in the new portal.

Your account has already been migrated, your password is the same, and your pricing is unchanged. No upgrade is required. The same core workflows are still there, now with better summaries, better attached transcripts, and a much stronger built-in chat experience.

You can continue using CaseMark the way you always have, or you can turn on a trial of the full client portal experience.
