Global Workflow Availability
Enable or disable workflow types globally across all organizations. Disabled workflows won't appear on any organization's dashboard. Mark workflows as "Beta" to indicate they're in testing.
How It Works
Enabled: When a workflow is enabled, it appears on organization dashboards and can be used to create summaries. When disabled, it's hidden from all organizations.
Beta: Beta workflows are shown with a "Beta" badge to indicate they're in testing. Use this for new workflow types that are still being refined.
Per-Organization Limits: Individual organizations can have their own limits set in the organization detail page. Setting an org limit to 0 disables that workflow for that specific organization.
